How does it work?
After the tool is adjusted to the air filter, compressed air is use to clean the filter automatically
How do I use it?
Simply adjust the cradle to suit the filter size. After the filter is placed on the cradle adjust the air nozzle to recommended distance from filter paper, the stroke should also be adjusted to suit the filter. Attach air compressor hose then turn the compressor and tool on.
How do I know the air filter is clean?
The air filter is clean when no more dust is visual from the filter
Were can the D'Duster be used?
D'Duster can be used anywhere compressed air is available.
What size compressor is needed?
The compressor must have a minimum size of 320ltr/min or 12 cfm.
How does it clean the filter?
D'Duster is designed to clean the filter at a recommended low psi, thus being gentle on the filter paper.
How long does it take to clean a filter?
How dirty is the filter and what size is it? Most operators have a filter rotation so the machine is still productive, but if you where to do a 200hr service, and the air filter was placed on the D'Duster at the start of the service, by the end of the service when the air filter is needed the filter will be clean.
How do I order a D'Duster and what is the waiting period?
